01/Diagnostic engagement

Full Diagnostic

$799

Before you spend more on acquisition, a redesign, or optimization, establish what actually deserves intervention.

The apparent problem is not always the real constraint. The Full Diagnostic examines the relevant commercial system on the evidence available and separates what is supported from what is assumed.

02/The decision problem

A disappointing commercial result is usually visible. Its cause usually is not. Revenue is lower than it should be, or inquiries do not convert, or paid spend stops producing — and the part of the system responsible is unclear.

Most engagements begin by assuming the answer: more traffic, a new site, another round of testing. AGXX does not begin there. Identifying the constraint is the work, not the preamble to it.

  • Acquisition and traffic
  • The offer itself
  • Positioning and messaging
  • The conversion path
  • Usability and interface
  • Checkout or inquiry path
  • Measurement and data quality
  • Something outside this list

03/What the Full Diagnostic does

AGXX evaluates the relevant conversion and commercial system using the evidence you can supply, states which findings that evidence supports, and states plainly where it does not reach.

Findings are then prioritized, with implementation guidance appropriate for a competent internal team or developer where implementation is relevant.

No assumed conclusion. The diagnostic is not a search for evidence supporting a solution chosen in advance.

No assumed access. Analysis is limited to the evidence you provide, and the limits are recorded.

No promised discovery. A specific problem cannot be guaranteed in advance. The finding may be that the constraint sits somewhere you did not expect.

Not an automated score. This is analysis and judgment, not a generated audit or a number out of 100.

04/What you receive

01

Diagnostic assessment

A structured review of the relevant commercial and conversion system, based on the evidence available.

02

Prioritized findings

What appears to deserve attention first, and why it ranks where it does.

03

Evidence and reasoning

For each material finding, the observation behind it and the reasoning connecting the two.

04

Business implications

Where it can be supported, what a finding plausibly means commercially — stated as an implication, not a forecast.

05

Dependencies and limitations

What could not be determined, what evidence was missing, and which conclusions remain uncertain.

06

Implementation guidance

Direction specific enough for a competent internal team or developer to act on, where implementation is relevant.

07

Measurement considerations

What would need to be observable to tell whether a change worked.

08

Strategy discussion and handoff

A conversation to walk through the findings, the reasoning, and the decisions in front of you.

05/Fit

Who it is for

  • An operating business, not a concept
  • Existing demand or customer activity
  • A commercial or conversion path that can be measured
  • A consequential decision about acquisition, conversion, redesign, or related investment
  • Enough activity and evidence for diagnosis to be meaningful
  • The ability to act on findings once you have them

Who it may not be for

  • Pre-revenue ideas that have not yet been validated in market
  • Businesses with little customer activity and little usable evidence
  • A search for inexpensive website design
  • A wish to have a predetermined answer confirmed
  • Situations where no meaningful action could follow the findings

If the Full Diagnostic is not appropriate for your situation, the useful outcome is establishing that early — in the 15-minute conversation, before anyone spends money.

06/How it works

  1. 01

    Fit

A 15-minute conversation to establish whether there is a decision worth diagnosing.

  2. 02

    Evidence and intake

You share the access and material you already have. Nothing confidential is required to begin.

  3. 03

    Diagnostic analysis

The system is examined against that evidence, separating what is supported from what is uncertain.

  4. 04

    Prioritized findings

You receive the assessment: findings, reasoning, limitations, and guidance.

  5. 05

    Strategy and handoff

A discussion of what the findings mean for the decision in front of you.

07/Evidence and method

See a Sample Diagnostic

A redacted example of the assessment format — how findings, supporting evidence, limitations, and guidance are presented.

How AGXX Approaches Evidence

Two working rules: an observation is separated from an inference, and an inference is separated from a conclusion. Where the evidence does not reach, the assessment says so rather than filling the gap.

Placeholder — short summary drafted for the prototype. Final methodology copy is pending AGXX approval.

This page deliberately carries no testimonials, client logos, results, or performance figures. Any that appear later will be approved and attributable.

Full Diagnostic

$799

The Full Diagnostic is designed to stand on its own. Its value is the assessment and the decision it informs, whether or not AGXX carries out any implementation afterwards.

Engagement begins only after the fit conversation establishes that diagnosis is appropriate.

Fifteen minutes to establish whether there is something here worth diagnosing.
